Family Strengthening Outreach services developed as a result of re-integration of abandoned and lost persons with disabilities back into the community. Some experiences in rejection and despise during some reintegration processes brought the need to follow-up as we awaited community acceptance of the re-integrated persons.

Our outreach services grew with the reintegration of persons with disabilities. In this process, we encountered more persons with disabilities neglected indoors and were in dire need of support. We Utugi Angels Community reach out to persons with disabilities for their various needs in our own little ways.

We hope to have monthly packages and medical care cover for such persons to ease the current burdens.
